AI Booking — Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Synarii — through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini — to find and book appointments at participating salons. By making a booking this way, you agree to them.

What Synarii does

Synarii connects you with independent salons that have chosen to accept AI bookings. Synarii facilitates the booking; the salon provides the service. The salon is responsible for the appointment, the work performed, and its own policies.

Bookings & confirmation

• When you book, the slot is held and you receive a confirmation text from the salon's receptionist.
• Your booking is only confirmed once you reply YES to that text.
• If you don't confirm within 3 hours, the hold is automatically released and the slot becomes available again.

Prices & availability

Prices and available times are shown in good faith based on the salon's current settings and may change. Final pricing can vary with the actual service performed (for example, a pet's coat condition). The salon will confirm any differences.

Changes & cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel through your AI assistant (using the booking reference it received) or by replying to the confirmation text. Cancellation, late-cancellation and no-show terms are set by each salon and may apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including spam, fake or automated bookings, attempts to access other customers' information, or any activity that disrupts a salon's calendar. Requests are rate-limited and abuse may be blocked.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the latest version always lives on this page.
