Synarii was built by husband and wife Chris and Shayla — groomers first, software people second.
At our peak we ran three salons and a team of more than 25, and spent our days managing instead of grooming.
Touring Australia with our Better in Business seminars, we heard the same problems from groomers everywhere.
So Chris spent more than two years building the fixes into one system — writing a change at night and
testing it live in our own salon the next day. Mia was looking after our customers for over a year before
anyone else met her.
