How it works

1. Open MessagesEvery thread for your salon, newest first, with an unread badge on the menu. Search by name, number or any words in the conversation.
2. Read the whole storyThe full thread: the customer, Mia, and any staff replies, in order. Reminders and other automated texts stay tucked away unless you ask to see them.
3. Reply, call or bookType a reply or pick one of your saved messages. The moment you reply, Mia steps back so you're never talking over each other. One tap opens the booking screen with that customer already chosen.
