How it works

1. Take Payment on any appointmentThe total is worked out for you — every dogservice in the visit, add-ons, products, less any deposit or credit. Choose Cash, Card or Other (bank transfer or invoice), or split it across two methods.
2. Quick Sale for walk-insSomeone just wants a bag of treatsa bottle of shampoo? Quick Sale sells products without an appointment. Your products sit in tidy folders, stock counts down as you sell, and a sale can be voided if you make a mistake.
3. Settle up at the end of the dayThe Settlement report shows what came in by cash, by card, by transfer and online — ready to check against your drawer and your terminal, and to export for your bookkeeper.

What it means for your day

• No more mental arithmetic at the counter. Deposits, credits, multi-dogservice visits and outstanding fees are all in the total already.
• Mistakes are fixable. Reverse a sale and the visit goes back to unpaid, with any credit restored.
• Nothing slips through unpaid. An Uninvoiced view lists finished visits that haven't been paid for yet.
• Your numbers, not ours. No booking fees and no commission. Pair a Stripe card reader and Card sends the amount to it — the customer taps, Synarii records it; a 0.4% card reader service fee applies to reader payments.
