How it works

1. Today's dogs appear on their ownOne row per dog, in time order, with the service, the booking notes and alert chips from the pet's record — Aggressive, Anxious, Senior — so nobody is caught by surprise.
2. Tap to move a dog through the dayArrived → Pre-clip → Bath & dry → Grooming → Finished. Each tap is marked in the colour of the staff member who made it, so you can see who did what at a glance. Tapped the wrong one? Undo is right there.
3. Finished dogs drop off the boardThe board gets shorter as the day gets done. If you take card payments, finishing a dog can text the owner their "ready for pick-up" message with a secure payment link — once the whole family is finished, not one dog at a time.
