How it works

1. Set each person's paceOne simple speed setting per staff member in Settings → Staff — quicker than standard, standard, or needs a little longer.
2. Every booking adjusts itselfA large-breed full groom might be 90 minutes with your senior and two hours with your junior.A full head of foils might be 90 minutes with your senior and two hours with your junior.A skin fade and beard trim might be 30 minutes with your senior and 45 with your apprentice. The calendar and Mia both use the right length automatically.
3. Change it as people growWhen your junior gets quicker, nudge their speed and new bookings follow.

What it means for your day
